Shipping policy

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method & Rates
We currently ship to Puerto Rico and the United States using USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Delivery Time
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Local Pickup
If you’re in Puerto Rico and would like to arrange a local pickup at one of our pop-up events, please contact us directly before placing your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, please email us at matchitabar@gmail.com  within 5 days of the expected delivery date. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.
